 This is important for new clients to fill out the client information form & to go over the reason & questions you might have about your injuries & to explain what therapeutic treatment would be the best to suit your needs. Or our regular clientele to explain the nature of their visit, To checkin, undress & prepare for your full scheduled massage treatment
